We are performing reboots on 2 of the MySQL servers to apply essential updates. We esstimate the server will be down for a maximum of 10 minutes each. These servers are:

Windows Updates of Xavier

Expected Duration: 1 hour
Details:

 

As part of our routine maintenance on our shared Windows platform. We are required to patch our Window Server (Xavier) on Sunday at 13:00 BST (British Summer Time). When these updates are applied we will need to reboot the server. This will take approximately 10 minutes, however you websites which are hosted on this server will have an "at risk" period of 30 minutes.

 

To check to see if your website is at risk during this period you will be able to check via our control panel or alternatively by pinging your domain name. If the domain name resolves to the IP address of 217.8.240.76 you will be at risk during this period.

 

We will update our status page as soon as the work is completed. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause
