We have worked very closely with our vendors and now the problem should now be resolved. All servers are now back in a stable position. If you are still experiencing issues with your server please do not hesitate to contact Support and we shall look into the problem immediately.

We are still experiencing issues with our Flexiscale platform. Customers trying to stop and start their servers may experience loss of network connectivity. We are working on resolving the issue promptly and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Any server which is currently attached to Node-06 on the control panel will experience loss of network connectivity. Our Engineers are currently working on resolving the issue.
