Details:To apply essential updates to some our servers we must restart them. The reboots have been scheduled for 22:00 onwards on Wednesday 25th of November. We do not expect each server to be down longer than 5 - 10 minutes each. The servers that will be rebooted are:

This morning we experienced a connectivity issue with our platform caused by our network routers.
We have recovered the network without damaging the integrity of our virtual platform, but are still experiencing backend connectivity issues. Until we resolve these, we are issuing an at risk advisory.

We have now fixed the network issue and all servers should now be accessible again. There should be no problems with any of the data on the servers as they remained up throughout the network issue.
