We are currently experiencing a power outage affecting 2 of our shared webservers, Garfield and Foghorn, our technical engineers are investigating this as a matter of urgency and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. All servers have now been live recovered on to new nodes. If you are still experiencing any problems accessing your please raise a ticket in the control panel.

We were experiencing issues with our FlexiScale SAN this will be causing slow disk access.

To apply essential updates (including .net 3.5) some our Windows servers must be restarted. The reboots have been scheduled for 21:00 onwards on Wednesday 14th October. We do not expect each server to be down longer than 5 - 10 minutes each. The servers that will be rebooted are:
