The network outage is being caused by a Distributed Denial of Service attack on part of our network which is affecting other sections in turn. We are working to identify and deny the malicious traffic and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.

Details:We have developed a code based solution to overcome the intermittent issues that have been experienced by a small number of FlexiScale customers.
We shall be distributing this across the FlexiScale platform in a controlled release process which shall begin on the 2nd of September, There will be no downtime involved and no customer intervention will be required.
We will update this again once this has been successfully completed.

Details:Traffic to our Bluesquare network failed over to a secondary router at around 01:30 this morning. This should have been almost transparent to customers although a slight glitch lasting some seconds may have been experienced.
