Details:

Customers may have experienced a network anomaly lasting around 1 minute the issue effected servers hosted in the Bluesquare datacentre. We are currently investigating the cause. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 
DNS Updates

Details:

The work has been completed and there are no known problems. DNS updates now take place twice an hour.

As part of our on going commitment to improve service we are upgrading our DNS system to increase the frequency updates are pushed to the name servers. This work is routine and should not cause any problems however it is possible DNS modifications are delayed during the next hour. An update will be posted once the work has completed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Details: The provider for our backup link to the BlueSquare data center will be performing routine maintenance. All traffic to the BlueSquare data center will continue to be routed through our primary link during this time.

Details:

To apply essential updates to some our servers we must restart them. The reboots have been scheduled for 22:00 onwards on Saturday 8th of August. We do not expect each server to be down longer than 5 - 10 minutes each. The servers that will be rebooted are: Control Panel server
Shared webservers: charlie, alpha, foghorn, garfield, daffy, juliet, india, lima

Brief network outage to BlueSquare Network

Details: In order to resolve a minor packet loss issue we have reset one of our connections to our Bluesquare hosting facility. This caused a few second drop in traffic for some customers and has been completed successfully.
