Network Connectivity

Details:
The network is stable again. All servers should be contactable. Please note our Flexiscale platform was not affected. We are currently working flat out with our router vendor for a perminant fix. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Details:
A problem with a separate part of the network infrastructure has occured and connectivity to dedicated/physical servers in Bluesquare will be affected. We are working to correct the problem currently.

Details:
We have been working with our router vendor for a patch to permanently resolve this issue. Current patches have not resolved the bug but we hope to have a working patch shortly. There are no known network connectivity issues at present but parts of the network are not running at their full redundancy capibility.

We sincerely apologise for the recent intermittent network issues, our engineers are working flat out to resolve this ASAP. The issue is down to the software stack which has become unstable on our Transit routers in Blue Square. We are totally focussed on resolving this ASAP and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We shall keep you updated with our progress.

We are currenty experience a network connectivity problem for servers located within the BlueSquare data centre. This is being worked on at the moment and we will post an update as soon as we can.
