We have been working closely with the router providers and are currently engaged in updating the router Operating System to overcome the issues we are currently experiencing as, after implementing all known fixes and patches the issue has not been resolved.
Once testing and stability verification is completed, we shall be planning a release to our production environment ensuring minimal disruption. However we will not make any changes to our production environment before giving notification here on our status page.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and are working flat out to minimise disruptions whilst we work on a resolution.
