When: 2010-01-22 14.50 BST We have experienced further problems with ENTA,these are our main transit providers for UK traffic, they are advertising connectivity to us but are unable to route traffic. We have dropped the connection with them and this traffic is now routing through our other transit providers of which we use a total of 4. We are not the only ones affected by this and are monitoring the situation. This is external to our infrastructure and therefore without our control. We are working to ensure there is minimal disruption to all our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. |
