Microsoft Outlook 2002

Open up Outlook 2002, then click on the ‘Tools’ menu at the top of the window, select ‘E-mail Accounts ...’ from the drop-down

‘Add a new e-mail account’ and then on the ‘Next’ button.

choose which type of server your email will be received from, click ‘POP3’ and then on the ‘Next’ button.

Enter the following information in the next section:

E-mail Addresses: The email address that you want to use.

Incoming mail server (POP3): pop3.yourdomain.name (change to the domain you wish to use).

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.yourdomain.name (change to the domain you wish to use).

User name: This will be your pop3 username.

Password: This will be your pop3 password.

N.B. If you are unsure of your username or password, they can be found within the ‘Email l > POP3 Logins > Manage’ section ofthe control panel (http://cp.xcalibre.co.uk)

‘Finish’ and then send and receive your email.
